Privacy
This page describes what data FIELDCTRL collects when you visit fieldctrl.systems or join the waitlist. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to run a waitlist, and we don't sell anything to anyone.
Who we are
FIELDCTRL is operated by Profi Szerviz Team Bt., a Hungarian company registered under EU VAT HU20508153, based in Kecskemét, Hungary. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
When you submit the waitlist form, we store:
- Your email address
- The page or campaign source you came from
- Your IP address and country (for abuse prevention and basic analytics)
- Your browser user agent (truncated to 200 characters)
- The timestamp of your signup
We use Cloudflare's standard infrastructure analytics (page views, country aggregates) but do not run third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or behavioural fingerprinting.
Why we collect it
- Your email: so we can notify you when FIELDCTRL launches.
- IP and country: rate limiting and abuse prevention; rough geographic awareness.
- User agent: to detect automated signups.
How long we keep it
We keep your signup data until you unsubscribe or request deletion. After launch, we'll send you the notification email and continue to use your address only for product-related communication that you've opted in to.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We don't sell, rent, or share signup data with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketers. Email delivery is handled by Resend; hosting is on Cloudflare.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct or update it
- Request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
- Export your data in a portable format
- Lodge a complaint with the Hungarian Data Protection Authority (NAIH)
Email [email protected] and we'll handle your request within 30 days.
Cookies
We use no cookies on the public landing page. Cloudflare may set a
technical session cookie (__cf_bm) for bot detection;
it expires after 30 minutes and contains no personal data.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we'll update the date at the top and email all subscribers before the change takes effect.
